Solid 4.
This Belgian blonde has all the standard, yeasty pleasantries you'd expect with a name like Guillaume. It drinks smooth and crips and pairs very well with Pizza Port pizza and whatever sport is on TV. Good stuff.

Apparently I liked this one more than other reviewers do... not sure what the issue may have been. It's lighter than your normal Belgian ales, but that's how they advertise it, so you should know what you're getting. Very much like a witbier more than a Belgian pale ale, so maybe others didn't like that style as much? Either way, I downed a pint with my pizza and was perfectly content.

A very light Belgian-flavored brew that hits all the right notes, but gently. Clear golden yellow in the tulip. Pleasing hint of sweetness in the cereal taste. Then dry and slightly yeasty. Warm and just malty enough for the very light body. Crisp with a touch of lime peel in the finish. On tap at PP Ocean Beach.
