On Tap at Pizza Port Bressi Ranch – full pint

A: Honey blonde with a yellowish-orange hue to it and some mild haze across the body. Smallish paper white head holds for a few moments before settling out to a crown. Some broken trellis work of lace left sticking back to the glass walls.
S: Super Citra goodness chalked full of gooseberry, grapefruit, catty herbals, pine, and lemongrass. No malt detected in the nose really. Just all super fresh green Citra hops. Loving this new guy!
T: Tastes delivers a healthy punch of Citra hops with a gooseberry, pine, grapefruit, and catty dank herb combo. Moderately high bitterness scrubbing at the palate and leading into a dry resiny finish. I get a light dash of malty cracker underneath and it seems to kind of pull it all together. Alcohol is really well masked and the balance is superb. A fine fine offering here.
M: Moderate body and falling on the lighter side. Smooth consistency followed by a high intense bitterness that drives into a dry crisp finish. Resinous with the hop oils.
D: Really impressed with this one. Has some great intense Citra flavor for an APA while maintaining some fine drinkable balance. Worth checking out.
