A: Lots of bourbon, slight malt sweetness, deep roasted malts that chocolate/coffee-like, with a light coffee character.
A: Black color, opaque, with a very thin off-white head that quickly forms a ring around the glass.
T: Lots of bourbon upfront that gives way to deep roasted malts, light coffee, with a light roast bitterness on the finish.
M: Medium-full bodied with moderately light carbonation.
O: Solid; the beer has a lot of bourbon that almost over-powers the coffee notes. The beer is not overly huge and viscous making it easier to drink than some bourbon based beers.
