Pint at Pizza Port Solana Beach for four dollars
Color was a murky golden yellow color with a small soapy head that disappeared quickly, did not leave much lacing
Smell was mostly floral hops, but there was also some citurs, lemon and grapefruit to be specific
Taste was like most other pale ales, a little hoppy with not much malt, very bready finish while the first part of the sip is mostly flowery hops, served at room temeprature was a good way to see how this really tasted, had lots of yeast and barely
Average body and very little carbonation, but probably different when it is not on cask
Could drink a fair amount of this stuff, but taste does get pretty old after a while, not my favorite Port brew but not that bad at the same time and it has a cool logo with a drawing of one of the seven dwarves, guess which one

A- Creamy thick head. Pale golden colour.
S- Floral grapefruity west coast hops.
T - More of the same with very bitter hop aftertaste. Minimal malt profile here. May be bordering on an IPA.
M-Excellent, creamy and rich. Good beer to have on cask
D-I could knock back more than a few of these. good session beer.

I think this is supposed to be an extra pale ale. It was lighter in color than the SPA. Aroma was floral and somewhat citrusy but not all that strong. Hop bitterness was mild. Hop flavor didn't really agree with me. There was citrus but it was just... different. Maltiness is also pretty mild.
Overall: Tough to follow the SPA, perhaps this beer didn't have a chance.

On tap at PP Carlsbad 9/4/05.
Appearance: Clear golden color with a white ringed head. The head shows great lacing and nice retention. The fluttering carbonation looks nice in the glass as well.
Smell: Malty nose with a rich but light floral hop scent.
Taste: Very malty and crisp with a floral and earthy hop flavor. The malt delivers unique complexity in the form of almond skin and nutty flavors and a sweet bready flavor. The hop bitterness is quick near the end and leaves a citrus quality in the flavor. The beer ends with a nice nutty malt aftertaste.
Mouthfeel: Smooth and crisp. Very mild and light bodied on the palate.
Drinkability: This beer is light and refreshing but still full of flavor. This is a great beer that nearly qualifies as a session beer at 5.5% ABV. This is also a tasty brew to enjoy with a good PP pizza. I'll gladly have this one again.

05/19/05- From the tap at the Toronado in San Francisco, CA
Presentation- Via the tap into a standard pint glass.
Appearance- Copper coloring, a 1/2 inch tight white head and moderate lacing.
Smell- Pretty sweet malt scents as well as a few hops.
Taste- Has a different yeast flavor, almost like Pyramid, but different, in a good way. Very fruity and in your face, plus light hops bitterness in the finish. Very flavorful. Just a little less sweetness in the malt would have made it perfect in taste.
Mouthfeel- Lower carbonation, almost getting to the point of a cask style ale. Sweet and creamy.
Drinkability- This one doesn't disappoint. Flavorful, thirst quenching and leaves you wanting another.
