(Collaboration with Alpine) August 29th, 2016 - Pizza Port introduces just a gentle touch of ginger to this beer, with its light hoppy aroma further brightened by that fresh, crisp smell familiar from a freshly grated bulb. The flavor is harder to pin down, and I'll summarize with what I put in my notes: tastes like Asian cuisine, with that mixture of umami and savory notes, perked up with ginger.
