A: Moderately sharp sourness with a very faint citrus note.
A: Deep straw color, totally opaque, with a dense white head that quickly dissipates into the glass with mild effervescence.
T: Clean and super tangy sourness with very faint citrus and grainy character with a dry finish.
M: Medium-light bodied with moderately high carbonation.
O: Solid; the beer has a zippy clean sourness, but the beer could be even better with a more prominent citrus (kumquat) and complementary wheat character.
