On tap in Solana Beach in November 2021. Listed as 7.0% and described as a “wet hop Mosaic IPA” so it has to be good! Unsurprisingly, it’s delicious. Mosaic is consistent hop and they’ve done a fine job here utilizing it.
Update for December 2024: back on tap at SB and listed at 7.7% with citra, mosaic, Waimea, and NZ cascade. Really amazing WC IPA. Super creamy, dank, pungent. Insanely drinkable. Big time tropical ripe fruit. I’d buy this regularly in cans.
Annnnd another pint. At OB in December 2025. Didn’t recognize this one and it was the $5 pint special but turns out I’ve had this multiple times, oops. Mosaic heavy. But WC vibes. Bright, pungent, tasty.
