Orange amber. small tight head of pure white snow. Aromas are leafy and hoppy, with definitive tea like aromas, almost reminds me of "landlord light". Hoppy for sure with great biscuit like pillsbury maltiness in the middle and back palate. Finishes clean, sweeter, and wonderful, drinkability is good too. Solid but not as killer as the other two "tide beers" the port churned out last year.

16 ounce glass of this at Stone World Bistro for four dollars

This beer is part of the fresh hop series that each of the Pizza Ports particpated in this past month, all IPAs, but different types at each location
Color was a dark golden orange with a 3/4 inch white soapy head that stayed around for quite a while, left lots of thin lacing along the glass
Smell was nothing special, could tell it was going to be bitter and had a slight fruity smell, a little sour and funky
Taste was good, especially after the Russian Imperial Stout I drank before this, skunky and potent hops gave this a nice dryness and bitter finish, some oranges and lemons in the taste with a little bit of grapefruit, but dominated by hoppiness overall
Lots of carbonation and a full body, this beer had an above average mouthfeel
Could drink lots of these, light and goes down very easily with a taste that keeps you coming back for more
Glad to find this here, did not think I would get the chance to try any of Port's fresh hop beers this fall, highly recommended if you can find it, on the same level as Port Brewing's High Tide, which I enjoyed in a growler about a month ago
