Poured cloud bright yellow-gold with a thick, creamy white head. Looks just like a Boddington's out of the nitro-can. Spotty lacing. Bread dough, grass, and spicy hops in the nose. Bitter taste of peppery hops and Goldings. Bready back, more of a sourdough quality. Dry finish. Great session.

On tap at the brewery, in a sampler. A honey/ light amber color with a small white head. Clear. Aroma is hoppy, a little toasty. Flavor is hoppy and bitter like an IPA but the malt presence is there, a little toasty biscuit. Clean and drinkable. Don't expect this to be citrusy like many American IPAs. Still clean and drinkable, but with a little more malt character without being sweet.
