Draft at brewery, 01/26/08.
Didn't really know how to classify this beer when creating this entry, as it seems to be brewed from corn and rice.
Pale, clear gold. No aroma from the taster glass. Light, odd flavor. Some astringency with a burn on the tongue that interferes with the taste. Reminds me of sake (but sweeter) with a hint of corn on the finish.
What were they going for here?
