Clear dark yellow brew with rings of foam in the Crooked Line tulip. Pleasant malty sweetness to start but it is distinctly hoppy with the dark herbal tastes. Pizza Port says this is brewed with Galaxy and Mosaic hops. A hint of apricot and some tangerine in the aroma.
Dark and bitter citrus with a little peach in the taste. Overall this has a richer feel than a lot of IPAs. Thoroughly bitter aftertaste reminds you it's an IPA. Quite sippable if you're in the mood for the danker side. On tap at the Pizza Port San Clemente restaurant.
