No every hop does the trick. When we find one that works, we try and find uses for it whenever possible. With brewing, we let our "tricks" progress, one week it may be Citra, the next week it could be Mosaic. Let us introduce you to Strata, our newest infatuation. Layered with flavors of mango, passion fruit, with hints of dankness, it checks all the boxes. Here's to always progressing, it's more fun than you think.

A: The beer is relatively clear light yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that died down, leaving a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of honeydew melon are present in the nose along with hints of grapefruit hops.
T: The taste follows the smell, except that the grapefruit flavors stand out in front of those of the honeydew melon. There is a light to moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and slightly crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: The taste of this beer is a bit dank but it has an interesting mix of melon and citrus.

First things first: I imagine this is what Martha Hunt smells like. My god... Insane ripe and juicy tropical fruits like said Victoria Angel hottie planted them in her backyard. Oh, and the pour is aite. Typical clear af West Coast. Hell yeah, dawgy. I’m going to say that I like the taste - kind of like liking a more obscure Fellini film, but in reality, it’s not for me. I know what we have here is good and clean, but if Raul ain’t a fan of Strata, he ain’t a fan of Strata!
