On tap at Pizza Port San Clemente.
A: Pale yellow with a fast fading white head.
S: Biscuit, a little mineral, earth, and a touch of sulfur. There's a restrained ripe golden apple presence.
T: Grains and biscuit with a little apple and the suggestion of pear. Crisp, dry, clean, well attenuated finish. There's a dash of mineral at the end and a low level of bitterness.
M: Light in body with upper medium carbonation.
Overall: A refreshing, straight forward, well-crafted cream ale.

Draught at PP San Clemente on July 2, 2009. Light straw with a small white head. Light sweet malty aroma with a light mineral touch. Light grainy sweetness in the flavor with a light tangy touch, low bitterness and a touch of minty, herbal hop flavor in the finish. Light bodied with a nice, spritzy feel. I liked the dry, almost grainy finish. Not much, but a nicely balanced, refreshing summer beer.
