Pours a clear amber with long-lasting foam in the tall "ribbed for pleasure" IPA glass. Aromatic with apricot and papaya. Really inviting fruit flavors of peach in the foreground, plus apricot and green melon. Moderate bitterness is right on style.
Label does not, as usual, specifiy the hops used but PP indicated they are Mosaic & Nelson. It's a great mix. Says it's a collaboration with Zilker Brewing of Austin, for some reason. In any case, it's yet another delicious no-haze IPA from Pizza Port. From the 16 oz can purchased at the San Clemente restaurant. Dated 10/21/2021.
