On-tap at Pizza Port Solana Beach
A: The beer pours a very pale yellow or straw color with a sizable white head.
S: A big time corn aroma to this beer to begin with. As I sniff it some more, I do at least get a little bit of bread and perhaps some floral and grassy hop notes.
T: The flavor is pretty much what I expected. It's bready and corny with some lemon zest, grass, and floral hops. It's pretty dry without too much sweetness. Maybe a bit sour?
M: The body is light to medium with a very high level of carbonation.
D: Please, Pizza Port, stop brewing these blonde and cream ales.

Sampled 2/6/2011 at the brewpub.
Pours light yellow, mostly clear, low white head, low retention, and decent lacing.
Aroma is a combination of a corn-ladden American blonde and a Belgian pale that is too old and possibly corked.
Flavor is strange in that it tastes corked and probably old. Wouldn't expect that from a keg and I wasn't aware that Pizza Port brought out vintage kegs. Corn as well. Aside from that it drinks like an aged tripel.
Body is light and drinkable.
