We teamed with our BEER BUDDIES at @altamontbeerworks for a dual collaboration that merges Swami's IPA and Maui Waui IPA into a tropical escapade. Surfin' Tiki is a West Coast-style IPA brewed with Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe, Cascade, and Centennial hops that finishes off at 6.8% ABV. This West Coast-style IPA is your perfect companion for beachside adventures, blending bold flavors with a refreshingly crisp taste. Dive into a vibrant wave of tropical aromas and big citrus notes that hit you upfront. Ride the classic pine and dank resin undertones that follow, delivering a robust and satisfying finish that channels the essence of our Swami's IPA

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours from slightly hazy with a frothy off white head that settles to a firm layer and laces nicely.
S: Resinous pine, spicy grassy herbal notes, citrus zest, subtle tropical and stone fruit, and bready malt.
T: Resinous pine, citrus zest, lemon, grapefruit, grassy slightly dank herbal notes, subtle underlying tropical and stone fruit, passion fruit, peach, apricot, mango, and blueberry, floral notes, bready malt, and a fairly dry finish.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation.
O: Pretty much exactly what you'd expect from a Pizza Port beer, we'll made proper Westy. Given the name I wish the fruity notes weren't so buried, but it's still really solid.
