Had on cask at Pizza Port Carlsbad
A: Very hazy burnt orange color with an absolutely perfect creamy eggshell colored head.
S: Mango and citrus hops with a faint hint of jalapeno.
T: This is nowhere near as good as the standard Poor Man's. It tasted like a much lighter version. I got some mango and citrus hops upfront with a faint burn from the pepper. A bit of caramel malt on the finish. I wish that both the mango and jalapeno were a bit more pronounced.
