In collaboration with our BEER BUDDIES at @theshopbeerco, Pajama Party is a Cold IPA brewed with Krush and Mosaic Cryo hops, yielding notes of juicy ripe papaya and mango flesh that captivate your olfactory at 6.5% ABV. Sticky white peach pit and white tea are hidden underneath an overwhelming tropical aroma. The full body and malt flavors hold up nicely against the large dry-hopped profile.

$4 pint special at their Solana Beach spot. Not sure what makes this different from their other hoppy releases but it’s a bit smoother and less bitter than most of their offerings. Dry, big pine and citrus, classic WC IPA. Nothing special but solid.

A dangerously crushable cold IPA. It has west coast characteristics with a really velvet-y mouth feeel. I'm confllicted because the hops give a dry west coast feeel, but the mouthfeel is very smooth. Being a cold IPA means it has a a somewhat light body. The beer is a collaboration with The Shop - an Arizona brewery - and features kush and mosaic cryo hops. Giving it a bit of a refreshing somewhat earht-y tea taste. There's a lot going on in this beer - I added it because I keep buying it. This is the bee that tured me onto cold IPAs.
