Pint at Solana Beach. Hot mid-May day and this hit the spot. Proper grain bill with a bit of funk and sour character typical of a good Kolsch. Finished a bit fruity, too. This is truly delicious. A tough style to do well and it honestly reminds me of some of the best examples I had in Köln.
