Pint in San Clemente for their $5 pint special. Golden amber color, pretty malty for a NZ hop beer, doesn’t have that big tropical flavor you expect. Definitely heavily hopped but more balanced than it should be, oddly enough. Tasty but not the NZ fix I needed and wanted.
