The pour is a very dark brown color with a finger of khaki head. A nice strong coffee aroma along with plenty of dark chocolate and toffee. Just a mild vanilla note and a slight nuttiness. The flavor is fairly sweet with nice toffee and milk chocolate character. Decent amounts of coffee, cocoa powder, and toasted nuts with a somewhat mild, but certainly enjoyable, vanilla flavor.

14oz served in a tulip.
A: Dark brown with a frothy beige cap. Good retention and a little lacing.
S: The nose has some chocolate and caramel with notes of baked bread and biscuit. Coffee is earthy and well integrated, neither too strong nor too weak. The toasted macadamia is pronounced and smells excellent. There's a little toffee as well.
T: Earthy coffee blends with delicious toasted macadamia notes. Chocolate mingles with light caramel, toffee, and bread. Biscuit is evident and bitterness is low. The beer has a pleasant lower moderate level of sweetness.
M: Medium body with matching carbonation.
Overall: An outstanding English Brown. The coffee and macadamia nut character is excellent.
