I created a duplicate entry for this beer so I am just moving my review.
On tap at The Los Abbey/Port tasting room in San Marcos, CA.
Pours a clear yellow with a white head that settles to a film on top of the beer. Thin streaks of lace form on the glass on the drink down. Smell is of herbal hops and a slight skunky aroma. Taste is of herbal and citrus zest hops and a slight malt finish. There is a mild bitterness on the palate after each sip. This beer has a good level of carbonation with a crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer but the skunky aroma in the smell is a bit weird.

On-tap at Lost Abbey
Pours a slightly hazed golden color with a white head. A rather simple aroma which is made up mostly of bready malt. There's a nice citrus peel and floral hop aroma, but the nose is dominated by the malt. Slightly sweet with lots of bread and a touch of biscuit. A faint bitterness on the finish with solid floral hop notes and a mild citrus character. Easy to drink, but not as good as some of the other Port pale ales.

Slightly hazed straw golden and yellow with a thick, pillowy white head that leaves the glass messy with sticky lace.
Nice aroma of strong floral and grassy hops, mild pine character, and a bit of earth and citrus sweetness.
Somewhat of a muddled, earthy flavor, with a moderate level of bitterness, and some pine and citrus flavors to save it from obscurity.
Medium bodied with moderate to high carbonation.
Decent enough pale ale, but there are currently at least 3 or 4 hop-forward beers on right now better than this. I'd certainly rather have a Packaging Line Pale Ale.

On tap at Lost Abbey.
A: Hazy yellow with two inches of soapy foam. Great retention. Tons of lacing.
S: Floral with grass and a little sulfur. Bread blends with pine, orange, apricot, grapefruit and light tropical notes.
T: Grassy and floral with some herbal notes. Lots of pine with grapefruit rind and orange pith. Malt is light and bready. There's an upper moderate dry bitterness and a little astringency.
M: Lower medium body. Lower high carbonation.
Overall: A little green right now but still a good hoppy pale.
