Cask at San Clemente
Black in color with a thin off-white head. Strong roasted malt aroma, a moderate chile note, and plenty of coffee. A pronounced earthiness, some dark chocolate, and a hint of smoke. The flavor is spicier than expected. Lots of habanero flavor, some earth, smoke, and light fruitiness. Coffee and roasted malt are pronounced, and there’s a hint of bitter chocolate and cocoa.
