Pours a hazed light straw color with white head. The aroma is grainy, lightly sour with bread and hay. In the taste, restrained tartness, malt sugar, a bit savory from the inclusion of salt but not really salty. A hint of lemon lime, little hop flavor or bitterness. Slight mineral aspect. Light bodied ale with a low-medium carbonation. Overall this is a decent Gose, has the characteristics but could stand out more.

Thanks to Tommyguz for hooking me up with a growler of this. Poured into a matching Voodoo teku, the brew appears a hazy golden yellow color with a firm white topping that leaves sudsy stringy lacing.
The aroma consists of lemon/coriander with a bit of lactic aspect. Also present is some mineral aspect. The nose is quite nice, albeit simple and to the point without fault.
The taste is lemony and like a saline solution mixed with soap and minerals. A very awkward arrangement even by gose standards. The more I try and focus on the enjoyable aspects, the more the soapiness comes out and distracts from the overall experience.
This is a light bodied brew with a moderate to light amount of carbonation. This is a brew id kill if I had a sore throat but otherwise I wasnt digging this and thats hard for me to say because im a big fan of this brewery. The soapiness is strange. Not bad for a first attempt at the style but it needs to get rid of that soapiness.
