Growler into a matching voodoo teku. The brew appears a clouded golden with a firm finger of white froth.
The aroma is tropical with grassy hints. Quite fruity and floral with a faint grain essence and alcohol touch.
The taste is bitter and grassy upfront leading to tropical pulp flavoring and herbal to grassy finish. Almost a cheesy hop aspect to the finish.
This is very much a dry brew despite its fruit addition. It is medium bodied and moderately carbonated. Very nice stuff though I cant really tell where the fruitiness of the hops leads off and where the fruit picks up.
