Crowler poured into a snifter appears a chalky golden color with a white fluffy topping that fades leaving spotty lace.
The aroma is classic nelson smelling of white grape juice to hoppy herbal grass that dare i say is quite dank/weedy but in an amazing way.
The tastes is herbal and grassy upfront moving to a more vinous juiciness then finishes dry with a straw-like grain appeal and a fresh dankness that lingers.
This is medium in body with modest carbonation. Absolutely delicious and among the best single hop pale ales ive ever had. I expected big things coming from one of my favorite hop varitals, I just wasnt expecting it to be this amazing.
