Imperial IPA aged 18 months in French oak California Chardonnay barrels brewed with Australian Sauvignon Blanc juice and dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin and Vic Secret. This incredibly complex IPA is like a stroll through a vineyard at harvest; woody oak, white grape, melon, passion and stone fruit are front a center with a lingering vinous oaky character.

It might sound crazy, but this beer works!
Pours Golden-orange with a half a finger of white head that sticks around for the duration of the glass. Leaves behind some impressive lacing too!
Aroma is ripe with citrus fruits, chardonnay, and freshly carved pumpkin. Taste follows suit.
Mouthfeel is medium and somewhat creamy.
Just an awesome beer that is best fresh, which I'm assuming is why this is draft only.

Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a white head that stuck around. Incredibly complex aroma of bright hops, fruity wine, alcohol, a bit of smoke, kind of mealy. In the flavor, light bitterness, lush fruits, pickled ginger, and alcohol. Interesting and unique flavor, this was a monster beer. The IPA character is greatly diminished due to the barrel but it is interesting. Full bodied, palate coating, big ass, wine barrel double IPA.

8oz pour at the release.
Cloudy and murky appearance. Got some white wine and gourd hints on the nose. Nice acidity from the Chardonnay barrel and pumpkin flavors. Very refreshing brew. My favorite from this release.

8 Oz Draft Pour. White quarter inch head. Bright orange with low visibility. Nose is like a glass of fresh pineapple juice. Taste is similar with hints of mango and oak poping through. Super juicy and refreshing. One of the best ipas ive ever had.
