Crowler into a 22oz snifter appears hazy golden yellow with a white cap.
The aroma contains fresh cereal grains mostly with some lemony lacto hiding in the background.
The taste has fresh wheat sweetness upfront then mild lacto tartness coming across like lemon zest with an aftertaste thats mildly carbonic.
This is light in body and modestly carbonated. It is effortlessly drinkable as all good berliners should be. I drank 3/4 of the crowler before realizing I didnt scratch down any notes for a review. I hope this is just the start of amazing things to come and a starting point of more fine tuned berliners to come.
