16oz can from Brewers Haven. Clear golden pour, lively carbonation, tight white head. Bready, grassy aroma, malty. Taste is snappy, mild savory notes, crisp, full feel, bread. Creamy feel, lingering bitterness.

weird but good, ive had the hop lubelski before, but never even heard of marynka, the other varietal they used in this polish lager, impressive roundup of really uncommon ingredients, i knew id like this. blonde with just a little cloudiness to it, an average white head, and plenty of bubbles. the nose is real unique from these special hops, highly floral, to the extent of being almost perfume-like, elderflower and jasmine, subtle blueberry that is almost ripe, white tea, lemon candy, and clover, springy and interesting, with some sweetness from the grain in support and a not so interesting lager yeast, but it being minimal just leaves more room for the hops and im fine with it, even if i think the lagering could be better, crisper, cleaner overall. the flavor from the hops defines this, dead center climax with highly botanical hoppiness, juniper, mountain sage, fresh flowers, rindy citrus, ripe melon, and just a bit of herbal bitterness that helps the finish be balanced as this does retain some grain sweetness to my palate. earthy and even kind of raw on the grain side, a light honey note, some doughy lager yeast at the end, i might pick a different strain or slow it down a little or something next time, but there is enough here from the hops and the minerality to make this really pleasant, and its certainly distinct. great hop complexion, id love to see these varietals at work in an ipa type, go all in! fine carbonation, lighter medium body, and drinkable overall. strange but good, nice idea and pretty decent execution.

Consumed 9/18/21
My can says 6.3% ABV
Pours just the palest sun-bleached straw with a rather nice off-white head with decent retention. Soft haze doesn't obscure what is rather active carbonation. Smells unique; at least to me. Polish lagers aren't exactly my wheelhouse. Grain and earthy hops with a mild lemon component. Don't know if the lemon is a hop thing or just my mind playing tricks on me, but it's nice. No citrus on the tongue, just grainy, malty (tastes a bit like cereal, but I can't quite put my finger on which) goodness with mild earthy hop bittering. Super soft, creamy mouthfeel which kinda surprises me based on the carbonation. Maybe the two aren't as closely related as I thought. I'm kind of a dumbass when it comes to beer regardless of how much karma I'm rewarded. I almost want to start homebrewing just so I can learn more. Anyway, this is a good beer!

Clear solid gold with a moderate creamy white head clinging around the edge in a thin quarter pipe leaving heart monitor lacing.
Pleasantly semisweet Corn Pops and a soft breadiness are accented by a very fine herbal and also floral exhale that's got both a little toastiness and a little pilsner bite to it that's infinitely satisfying.
The smooth and slick medium-light body has a tingly, lightly frothy carbonation and finishes semi-dry. Its very round, satisfying yet zippy mouthfeel becomes even more enjoyable after each sip.

Poznan Piwo from Voodoo Brewing. Purchased 9/23/20 for $ 4.00 (Including tax) for 16 oz can ($ 0.25/oz) from Franklin Beer, Franklin, PA. In reefer at store and stored at home at 42 degrees. Reviewed 12/26/20.
Marked on bottom of can “BEST BY 02/18/21”. Served at 45.5 degrees in a hand washed and dried Jester King snifter. Final temperature 49.6 degrees.
Appearance – 3.5.
First pour – Pale straw (SRM 2), clear.
Body – Straw (SRM 3), slight haze. When held to direct light, same.
Head – Large (Maximum 4.2 cm, aggressive center pour), white, high density, average retention, leaving a three to four mm undulating crown fed by effervescence, and a rocky, thin complete cap. Second pour produces a 0.5 cm head.
Lacing – Poor. A few islands of tiny bubbles remain on the glass.
Aroma – 3.5 – Initially moderately strong smell of grain and floral hops, no malt, no yeast. Quickly weakens.
Flavor – 3.5 – Begins with slightly sweet grain, and light hops, no yeast. Ends lightly sweet with a bit of malt coming through. No alcohol (6.3 % ABV, as marked on container) taste or aroma. No dimethylsulfide or diacetyl.
Palate – 3.5 – Thin, watery, lively carbonation.
Final impression and summation: 3.5. Better than Bud Light but also more expensive.

Poured into a pilsner glass: color is gold, pretty clear for unfiltered, but slight haze, brighter white head with mixed bubbles that presents 1 finger thick and then dissipates to a ring, minimal lacing.
Smell is mix of light sweet malt, light biscuit and toast, then some moderate grassy, earthy hops - might be my first experience with lublin or marynka hops but seem to be on point with saaz like character.
Taste is malt forward - definitely a european lager vibe with mixed malt character, light biscuit and cracker and toast character; hops are earthy, slightly herbal, maybe some grassiness.
Mouthfeel is moderate/strong carbonation, moderate sweetness, fairly bitter and biting in the finish.
Overall - a great lager from the Voodoo team and one with the spirit I can appreciate - love the Polish lager concept and the execution. Aroma and flavor are full and in line with description, mouthfeel is very crisp and bitter, just enough sweetness.

A pounder can into a stang appears clear golden yellow with a white cap that fades leaving a wall of lace.
The aroma is clean with biscuit malts and slight herbal hops.
The taste has mild buttery feel, slight herbal hops with seemingly no bitterness and bready malt sweetness.
This is medium in body, modestly carbonated and crushable.

Poured from a 16 oz. can into a Brew Hub Teku glass. Canned on 08/22/2017.
Appearance: Unfiltered dark golden almost apple cider body looking with no head to speak of.
Aroma: Grains and bready malts.
Taste/Mouthfeel: Crisp clean lager with a nice bitterness on the end, finishes dry. Refreshing on a hot day.
Overall: Not a bad lager, super easy to drink and not too heavy so you could easily drink a few of these; and at 6.3% abv that won't be a problem.
