So I had this on tap at the Arch St Voodoo location and immediately purchased seversl crowlers to go because I absolutely loved it.
This is 100% Brett fermented, aged in stainless, and dry hopped with Nelson and Enigma.
Review from the second crowler I opened since I chugged the first one from the can. Poured into a snifter, the brew appears copper in color with a white head that fades leaving patchy lace.
Nose is fruity and tropical with pineapple, peach and lemon that gets mildly grainy in character with a light sweetness about it almost floral.
This tastes absolutely tropical and fruity like a breakfast juice of some sort was added to it yet mid-palate it becomes dry and grainy with a hint of wheat/breadiness.
This is light in body with modest carbonation. It is an an absolute crushable beer that far exceeded my expectations. Good lord what are they gonna release next.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
