Bottle #97
Tan head that fades. Dark brown black color.
The peppers are nice. Cinnamon, cocoa, fudge, and lots of barrel. I initially get bourbon and whiskey, but then I get some dark fruits and port notes.
Smooth and easy drinking. Full of flavor. Could be thicker.

Cinnamon bomb. Barrel seemed to be a little lacking

The first sip is cola-like, but everything develops pretty quickly on the palate. It still has that crazy chili pepper spiciness, but it's a little more balanced in this version, allowing some room for the cinnamon to present itself. The port is contributing a little barrel but not really much flavor, aside from a touch of nougat that may indeed be improving this profile a little.
