Honest to God this is one of the best voodoo beers I've ever had. Its taste like cream soda beer.

This one pours a dark-ish red/brown color, with a small head, and not much lacing.
There's not a ton of bourbon on the nose - it's more just maple, with some toasty breadiness, and some caramel.
This is tasty, but a touch simplistic in the malt department - it's basically three flavors - maple, breadiness, and caramel. I don't get really any bourbon or oak, unfortunately, and it finishes a touch on the thin side.
This is somewhat thin, but very drinkable, with no booziness, and a crisp finish.
This is tasty enough, but it's definitely not up to the usual extremely high level of quality for Voodoo's barrel program.

It is surprisingly easy drinking in the heat, not like a stout. If you want something more significant and big in flavor without it being heavy like an imperial stout then this is perfect.
Look: black with a very thin off-white head
Aroma: dark bread, maple syrup, caramel, and bourbon
Taste: The flavor is dark bread, maple syrup, caramel, oak, and bourbon.
Body/Overall: medium body
