Poured from a 16 oz can into a Dogfish Head tulip
L: Hazed medium golden pour. 2 fingers of foamy head leave nice lacing.
S: Grapefruit juice.
T.F: This soured IPA tastes very, very similar to grapefruit juice.... or like a grapefruit juice mimosa. Strong citrus and rind. Tangy and tart... absolutely delicious. Medium bodied and well carbonated.
O: An awesome soured IPA. If you like grapefruit juice this one will be up your alley.
