I don't know if this was Voodoo's goal, but the result is 100% their answer to Bell's Two-Hearted. Just an aggressively-hopped pine and citrus bomb. The kind of IPA I'm always in search of but rarely find. Also, I'm shocked this is only 5.5% ABV; it drinks way bigger. Love it.

Very very good. I generally detest voodoos regular offerings but this one fucks. Bright, fresh, crisp, light, zippy, clean.

Appearing as a just slightly foggy maize hue, an off-white spit bubble carbonation surfaces for nary a second before dying off completely. It's noteworthy that the last couple Voodoo cans I've had have not produced head, yet were all different beers.
But weirder still is that there's plenty of carbonation in the beer itself.
Crisped cracker starts us off, leading into an effervescence that picks up a prickly spice. This delivers a lightly cannabic and peppery hop bite with a touch of evergreen before falling back into a faint hint of toasted cracker, finishing cleanly semi-dry and exhaling citrus zests. It also becomes delicately and pleasantly floral over time.
Very crushable.

16 fl oz can/$2.99 USD plus tax at a beer store in New Orleans, LA.
"American Pale Ale." 5.5% ABV.
Served cold into a dimpled mug.
Hop profile is okay. It drinks easy enough despite overcarbonation. Lemon, floral hops, citrus.
Forgettable but not a bad pale ale. With Sierra Nevada's Pale Ale available everywhere this is for $8.99-$10.99ish a sixer, I scratch my head thinking about who would pay $2.99/can for this mediocrity.
