I am trying this beer off the tapper at the brewery as part of a six sample flight. It poured an opaque dark amber with dark tan head that is not leaving any lace. The scent had bourbon, vanilla and pumpkin notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with mellow semi sweet dark chocolate malt base with vanilla and bourbon presence. The mouthfeel was medium in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.
