Voodoo Brewing : My Sons Porter

LOOK: Darkest of browns with an off white head and tons of sheet like lacework on the glass.

SMELL: Roasted malts, melted chocolate, coffee and dark breads.

TASTE: Bitter, unsweetened dark chocolate, with a hint of coffee. Medium bitterness, kind if strong roast, and just a hint of plum. Medium bitterness, full and well rounded.

FEEL: Mediun bodied, high level of carbonation, rather smooth.

OVERALL: Solid porter. Nice chocolatey flavor and plenty malty. I would not hesitate to have this again.
