3/12/06- On tap at the Sebastopol Brewery in Sebastopol, CA
Presentation- From the tap into two sets of 4oz tasters.
Appearance- Very light golden color. Almost clear. 1/4 inch head with very nice lace.
Smell- Light grain, maybe a touch of hop. Very lightly scented.
Taste- Very very dry. Very little flavor as well. Grainy, harsh bitterness from hops I guess. Almost metallic.
Mouthfeel- Very dry with a medium carbonation.
Drinkability- I'll pass on this one in the future. Kinda reminded me of Crazy Ed's without the chili hotness.
