1/2 Gallon growler..
Appearance-a dark red ruby hue color with a decent yet unremarkable head, the head fizzles over with big busting carbonation and then dissipitates.
Smell-bitter hop aroma with grainy malt complimenting it fairly well, some alcohol, fiercely hoppy
Taste-potent hop florishes immediately, some malt but it is quickly knocked back, alcoholic burn as it brushes down with some final bitterness.
Mouthfeel-viciously hoppy, not for the weak palette, spicy hop bitterness as opposed to the Cascade flourish of their "Hopfest" I can't pinpoint what kind of hops they used. Not too bad.
Drinkability-very hoppy IPA, its good enough but weak palettes beware, this can be rough.
Overall-perhaps the hoppiest English IPA I've had to date. Like the hoppiness just wish it was more balanced. Decent version of an IPA
