Served on tap at Gaslight Brewery & restaurant.
Appearance: a clear orange golden color. a fingers worth of fine white head that was consistent throughout drinking it.
Smell: a bitter hop smell in the front and a nice floral and spice hint.
Tastes: flavorful hops and a nice balance between everything from the malt and herb hints.
Mouthfeel: a pleasure to drink. a frothy well carbonated flavorful aftertaste that grew until the next sip.
Overall: good seasonal in my opinion. I will pick up a growler for the go.

Appearance-Gaslight's Octoberfest pours nicely from the tap with a hazy orange-red color and a decent foamy head, when it arrives I inspect the big bubbled haze as it slowly dissapears, ok clarity.
Smell-warm spicy aroma, hops and barley, very malty aroma as well.
Taste-malty upfront, slight hop kick in, dissapontingly subdued in its character, though I do think that the carbonation is well balanced.
Mouthfeel/Drinkability-light and smooth, goes down alright, malty enough but you wish more was there.
Overall-fair enough interpretation by Gaslight but very similar to those of others breweries, seems subdued though, you wonder what may have been. I do hope they cask this sometime though.
