On-tap at Gaslight brewery in South Orange...
Appears as a cloudy, hazy, off-yellow hue with hardly any head, little carbonation and barely any lacing... Appearance wasn't above and beyond at all for a witbier...
Faint aroma present with nuances of wheat, slight coriander and lemons - all factors which were likewise present in the taste, however to a noticeably lesser extent...
Overall, I was pretty dissapointed by this sample, which seemed very watered-down and bland in comparison to other solid representations of the same style...
Loose mouthfeel and drinkability was decent at best thanks in part to the low ABV and lack of cloying flavors...
Nothing special...

When it was served, it was pale yellow with a small foam of a layer that didn't stay around long. It was not cloudy at all, which was unexpected from this style. It left no lacing.
The smell was flowery and had hints of perfume/cologne.
The perfume scent became the upfront taste. It had a medicinal flavor that was washed away by water.
I was able to drink more of it, because the original flavors were washed away and as the drink progressed, it did leave a hint of the style - some clove and a touch of spices in the mouth. But, they were very weak.
If it weren't for the water and a slight smoothness, I would not have been able to finish it.
