On cask 02-18-09
A- White creamy 2 finger head followed by a hazy amber color. Little lace or carbonation
S- Very juicy, grapefruit, orange and other citrus notes, with a hint of pine
T- Starts a suttle sweet matliness and then finishes with a nice balance of bitterness & hops at the end.
M- Could be a little more chewy but for being on cask its not that bad, almost a little watery.
D- A pretty easy drinking beer, i wasn't sure if this was an IPA or APA but it was a nice beer to start the night with. If you are into hops i would def. give it a try

Pours hazy amber with a thin wisp of a cover. Some trailing lace slides down the glass.
The smell is of tropical/citric fruits and grainy sweetness.
The taste is of bitter hops - not strong, but certainly noticeable. Pineapple dominates the fruitiness. Sweet malt is in the mix, though not quite enough to give it a substantial body. Finishes rather thin.
Watery, but not to the point of falling apart. Just wish it had more substance to it. Not quite as smooth as I would expect from a cask - but, again - enough there to create some sort of creaminess.
It has potential - not bad, but not enough to it to make it especially worthwhile, IMO.
