Reviewed on 6/24/2010. On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear light yellow with a thick white head. Aroma of sweet fruits and grainy malt. Flavor of sweet fruit and light sweet fruits (although it is not too sweet overall). Dry and drinkable. A pretty good pilsener.

Not good at all. I wish I was joking and usually like to give brewers the benefit of the doubt, especially for a first visit or tasting...but this offering was completely disappointing.
Taste and smell are unbearably skunky. The bartender assured us this was what it was supposed to taste like.
I really like the atmosphere of the brewery so I hope they continue to reinvent their recipes and find some real winners.
Def try their strong Belgian, "The Gift"....very nice!

On tap at the brewery. Pale yellow color, light carbonation, small tan head.
Not much in terms of smell.. light sour skunkiness. Taste has very little hoppiness, which disappointed me for a Pilsner. Mostly grainy with light sweetness. Decent drinkability, but not much flavor or complexity.
