Pours a deep gold, with a decent froth of off-white head.
A slight bit of honey on the nose.
Tastes slightly malty with a decent hint of coriander and no discernible hop character.
Light, slightly sweet mouthfeel with no aftertaste.
The touch of spice at least gives this beer a little character, but still not enough to make one rush back for more.

An ale brewed with coriander and honey, and served with a wedge of lime.
This beer appears a clear medium golden hue, with two fingers of puffy white head, which leaves some sparse lace around the glass as it recedes. It smells of white grain, some light floral honey, and a bit of spice. The taste is honeyed barley grain, earthy, spicy coriander, and mild leafy hops. The carbonation is moderate, the body average in weight, and fairly smooth, and it finishes a bit off-dry, the grainy malt accented by some lingering spice.
An agreeable enough summer-ish ale, in a city where the supposed sun ain't shinin'...
