A deep amber pour with a half inch of off white yea and great lacing. The smell of roasted malt and fresh hops are very present. Scents of caramel and brown sugar follow.
The taste, much like the smell is very sweet with a floral presence of hops. Bitterness from the toasted malts an hops combined are evened out by a brown sugary taste.
Medium body with moderate carbonation. A slight creaminess on the lips.
This is one of my favorites from this brewery, it seems like every seasonal keeps getting better as months pass.
