this one is brewed in honor of the breweries 10th anniversary.

A pleasant citrine copper color with a nice foamy white head.... the nose is floral along with citrus and hops... the taste has a mild malt touch to it along with the slight bitterness and slightly fruity taste...very pleasing...very crisp and full on the tounge. glad i got to try this one...

Its crystal-clear, orangeish-copper body is capped by a short, off-white head that holds fairly well before dropping to a thin creamy collar and leaving some spotty lace about the glass. The nose is loaded with sweetish, toasted Vienna malts, and accented by some mild floral hops. It's very clean, and quite welcoming. The body is decidedly medium; and it's fine, moderate carbonation leaves it just lightly crisp in the mouth before fading smoothly away. The flavor displays the 'juicy' malt that Vienna style lagers are known for, and it's lightly fruity (soft, ripe, red berries) and toasty with a touch of nuttiness. Just as in the aroma, a thread of floral and delicately spicy hops winds its way through the malt, accenting it and lending the beer a bit more character. The bitterness is restrained as expected, but remains more than firm enough to balance; and it finishes dry with some lingering toasted malt and fruit. Very well done; very clean. A highly enjoyable lager that satisfies. It offers enough full flavor and complexity to maintain interest while still remaining quite drinkable. Well worth trying!
