Over 2 day period of beautiful weather in NB, had many pints of this poured. I am far from the Kolsch expert, dont know smack about the style, but I do know I enjoyed drinking this beer.
A: Gold and transparent. Egg white shade thin foam and lacing.
S: Caramel and wheat. No more, no less.
T: Much more wheat here with very little touch of hops but malt in the aftertaste. Little zest and tang to it to go with the fruitiness as it warmed off.
M: Didnt know a kolsch would be this light bodied and lively.
D: No problem with several of these with some good hummus, bbq calamari, and moon nachos.

Poured a light copper hue with a half finger foamy white head. There was decent retention and decent lacing.
The smell featured a doughy cereal grain with a subtle noble hop.
The taste consisted of a soft cereal grain with an earthy hop bitterness.
The mouthfeel was average for the style.
Overall a tasty kolsch. Perhaps a bit too much on the malty side.
