Appearance: brown in color with a short 1/2" head that breaks down quickly.
Smell: malt sweetness and some yeast tones create a mild aroma.
Taste: grainy malt profile here with some soft fruity sweetness lingering in the background. Yeast, a mild bittermess, and some alcohol tones round it out.
Mouthfeel: medium bodied. Lightly crisp to start, a bit smoother at the finish. Aftertaste is short lived.
Drinkability: this was a decent beer overall, but not one I would have a second glass of in a session. Worth a try.

A - dark brown, little head but sampler pour.
S - can't smell anything unfortunately
T - wow, lots going on. basically a big brown ale with some yeasties going on.chocolate and rye stand out, also brewed with buckwheat.
M/D - full body and somewhat grainy/bready, ends dryish with lingering flavor. Dangerously tasty and drinkable.
