On tap at the brewpub. Very dry and very coffee. Thin bodied and thick laced. The aroma is coffee extraction smelling. A little musty as well. So-so drinkability. I really think this is an extract job, with powdered cocoa. Does not grab me in any way.

Pours black with a tan head. About an inch, but no head.
Smells like roast, caramel, and pine.
Taste follows smell, I picked up a slight astringent bitterness that threw me off a little on some sips.
Mouthfeel is flat when it comes to carbonation, yet full on the mouth.
Drinkability is alright, the astringent taste on the periodic sips wasn't overly inviting.
Not the best offering from Harvest Moon, but worth a shot.
