On tap at the Winter Park brewery (The Library); poured into a pint glass.
Appearance - stunning black, thick mocha head that recedes and leaves appropriate lacing!
Smell - roasted malts and coffee bean paired with a touch of chocolate and vanilla.
Taste - wow, was not expecting this to be so flavorful; chocolate, vanilla cream, rich coffee, this is spectacular!
Feel - smooth, rich and creamy; easy to drink and so balanced...and I'm drinking this in August!
Overall - this far exceeded my expectations, so much so that I returned for a growler fill, which was more than reasonably priced!
