Inspired by the 2007 pole creek fire. This ale is named after the hot shot fire fighters and in support for all fire fighters. We change this beer every time we brew it. The current batch is called the "Smoke Jumper Edition" It is a Smoked Scottish style Ale. Light smoke flavors accent a very malty sweet ale. This Scottish ale is very lightly hopped for a low level of bitterness.

On draught at Frontier Brewing and Taproom.
Pours a clear copper with an ample and long lasting head of foam. Lacing is good.
I smell some caramel malt, kind of fruity notes, bit of grain.
The taste has fruity notes and caramel malt but it also has areas of deadness where I really don't taste much.
Light body with light carbonation.
It's okay.
